On Price vs Quality / Satisfaction, this item isn't too bad. Very well designed, and pretty much exactly what the picture looks like. My only issue was that the chain is very fine, and it would make a much better gift with the matching earrings going with it. Overall its a Good buy.

Of course, Amazon's amazing service has a lot to do with the five-star, but this is a very pretty pendant! I couldn't wait to wear it and show it off! I've ordered the matching earrings and hope they are as pretty.
